Things You Need to Know
We founded Imagine Fabulous with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. POLICIES
ORDERS
Most of the products we sell are available for personalization which allows customers to customize products to their liking. We rely on customers to make sure that the information such as names, dates and other personalization for the products are entered correctly. If someone were to order a cup and they spelled the name wrong, we have no way of knowing it is spelled wrong. We are not responsible for those types of mistakes, we make the products like they are shown online. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please check your information before contacting us. We will try to accommodate to the best of our ability.
SHIPPING
When it comes to shipping, we understand the frustration when you intend to receive your orders and they simply don't arrive on time. We have all been there. Although we can't guarantee there won't be delays, we try our best to make sure there aren't! If there indeed is a delay due to bad weather, incorrect shipping address, USPS issue or any other valid reasons that are out of our control, we will try to accommodate to the best of our ability.
RETURNS
We take customer service very seriously. We are so sorry that you weren't satisfied with your order. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and there are still health precautions we take. If unsatisfied with your order, within 5 days of delivery, contact our team to start your return. We will guide you through the process and make sure that it is what you want to do. Keep in mind that you are responsible for shipping costs, printing out labels and any other costs associated to return to the address we provide! No returns will be accepted after 5 days of delivery!
REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds on returns. We do offer store credit, discounts and exchanges. Depending on the reason and condition for returns, we will offer accordingly. For anything to be considered for refunds, exchange and/or store credit products have to be unaltered and free of damage.
PRIVACY
Member Accounts are only visible to members. The Imagine Fabulous team has no access to personal information unless it is submitted for an order. The payment and address is the only thing we see. Rest assured that privacy is one of our top concerns for both our customers and ourselves.
